PcComponentes, is one of the largest technology ecommerce in Spain, I had the pleasure of working on all the app design of the company (PcComponentes Spain, PcComponentes Portugal and Unilae), while working in an eCommerce agency.

PcComponentes has its own Marketing, Design and IT team, but they contacted us to be involved in all the process.

My main role in this project was to manage the roadmap of the whole process of creation, technological implementation, publication and launch. To do this I created a task control dashboard and planned a delivery schedule. The main objective was to create an MVP with the predefined dates. To do this I organized parallel tasks.

Since they didn’t have an app structure beforehand, they gave me total freedom to create and propose ideas, together with the PcComponentes Design team I was able to define all the navigation and functionalities of the app. Regular meetings and direct communication with them were key to streamline the feedback process, and thus reach the planned delivery times.
