I have had the pleasure of working for Douglas Spain for two years, in an eCommerce agency.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-text-letter-spacing ); text-transform: var( --e-global-typography-text-text-transform ); background-color: var( --e-global-color-c696dce );\">During the first 6 months we were in charge of the strategy and execution of the app launch. In this project, my manager (App manager) and me <b>(Product Designer &amp; IT Support) <\/b>participated<b>.<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since Douglas had its own Marketing, Design and IT departments and an app already created, our role was to transfer all our knowledge about the app channel to their team and thus offer <\/span><b>consulting \/ best practices in terms of user behavior and data analysis.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanks to the low-code technology (hybrid through iFrame) used for this app, I have been able to make <\/span><b>front-end (CSS and HTML) and content <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">modifications without relying on other teams. In this way it has been relatively easy to <\/span><b>manage the testing of each change.<\/b><\/p><p>After this first phase of launching and improving usability and user experience, we continued working on projects related to <b>navigation flow and creating new functionalities within<\/b> the app channel.<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finally, during the last year I had the opportunity to <\/span><b>manage the whole app project.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> As the department grew, I was able to focus more on <\/span><b>analytics and creating new strategies to improve business KPIs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
